SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time
We ship orders from two sources:
- Print-on-demand items (apparel and accessories) are made to order and typically process within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Vinyl records and CDs are shipped directly by us and typically process within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or around holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times begin once your order ships (processing time is separate).
Typical delivery estimates:
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipping
- International: 7–21 business days after shipping (varies by destination and customs)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Order tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Some international shipments may have limited tracking depending on the carrier and destination.
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items (for example, apparel plus vinyl or CDs), items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You may receive more than one tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once received, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.
- If tracking shows a package as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check around your delivery location and contact the carrier directly.
- If a package is lost in transit (no delivery and no tracking updates for an extended period), contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
